Turnover Engineers for Pharma Project in Blanchardstown, Dublin

Were looking for 2x Turnover Engineers to join a major Pharma project in Blanchardstown, Dublin, with a leading Building and Engineering company.

Contractor roles offer up to €70 per hour for 45 hours per week, or PAYE positions are available.

Candidates should have extensive experience in Pharma projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support turnover scope with Engineering, Construction, and CQV.
  • Coordinate review of drawings and documents.
  • Ensure correct formatting of documentation from Vendors before handover.
  • Prepare and support system boundaries for process and non-process systems.
  • Manage Completions Walkdowns, including punch item capture.
  • Process and prepare mechanical completion certificates.
  • Manage Punchlist.
  • Ensure sign-offs of turnover packs as per project schedule.
  • Prepare Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP).
  • Receive and process construction dossiers from contractors.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable years of experience in Life Sciences environment.
  • Experience as Turnover Engineer.
  • Familiarity with Punchlists.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to €150,000.00 per year
