Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Data-Label GmbH and our affiliated start-ups from our new headquarters in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be capable of a fast learning curve, eager to grow with our business, and drive our global expansion from Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to achieve our ambitious growth objectives
• Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
• Plan cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures
• Supervise the overall operations and resources of the company
• Act as the primary public relations representative of the company

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions
• Excellent understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, and supply chain
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Experience in e-commerce and international business expansion is highly desirable

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
