Were Looking For:

• Experience in sales: Minimum 1 years in a sales environment. You love making outbound calls all day to generate sales
• Inbound lead management skills: Proven ability to manage, organise, and track a high-volume of inbound leads from wedding couples.
• Comfortable making phone calls to chase down and book new leads into sales events.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRMs and Google Office.
• Sales Driven: Demonstratable experience and a track meeting targets/KPIs and achieving bonuses.
• Event Organisation: Capable of organising sales events, and attending wedding fairs.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A critical thinker who can identify bottlenecks while suggesting improvements.
• Driving Licence: A full clean Irish drivers licence is a must.
• Weekend Availability: Willingness to work some weekends as needed for wedding fairs when they occur.
• Sales experience in the events and hospitality industry a plus but not a requirement.
