Join the Kitchen Respray® Team as a Showroom Sales Consultant, a crucial role contributing significantly to our companys success!

Kitchen Respray® is a dynamic and rapidly growing company, and we are looking for a skilled and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our team.

Location: Primarily based in our Bray showroom, with occasional client meetings at our Kylemore Rd and visits to construction sites or customers homes as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and schedule jobs.
  • Coordinate appointments across our three branches, reporting to the General Manager.
  • Work half-day every second Saturday.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Enthusiastic, well-organized, disciplined, with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of interior design, particularly in the context of kitchen or furniture resprays, to assist clients with colour and accessory choices.Ability to manage emails, WhatsApp, and other communications simultaneously under pressure.
  • Articulate, highly motivated, and committed.
  • At least two years of experience in a sales team, preferably in a retail environment, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.High level of client interaction, requiring a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Teams.
  • A valid driving license is required.

Pay: €34,000.00-€44,000.00 per year
