What is the opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of Group wide activity, ensuring that plans are managed, partners are supported and outstanding customer and colleague experiences are delivered on the Enterprise Simplification objectives and Group Objectives & Key Results.

You will support in the activities under Enterprise Simplification across planning, development of content, management of workflows and divisional engagement to support execution of the objectives.

*This is a fixed term contractuntil end December 2025*

In this role you will:
  • Contribute to thought leadership and development of initiatives supported by data, to enable the delivery of initiatives
  • Proactively coordinate initiatives to ensure optimal effectiveness and timely delivery of objectives and to ensure streamlined services
  • Design, implement and manage content to enable partner understanding of specific initiatives. Collaborate closely with delivery leads and work with group partners to support the quality delivery of the Simplification Roadmap
  • Provide project management support on initiatives
  • Find opportunities and engage across Divisions, building mutually beneficial relationships, identifying short and long term opportunities, with proven success in problem solving
  • Support the planning cycle through governance and partner fora including risk management
  • Develop positive relationships with key partners across Strategy and Transformation and the Group to deliver on initiatives
  • Research and stay up to date on emerging Financial Services related news items and advancements e.g technology, AI etc
  • Coordinate plans and create synergies to minimise disruption, reducing cost and identify and plan around risk mitigation on Simplification activity
  • Plan and promote playbacks and showcasing of Enterprise Simplification activities to partners of all levels across the group, ensuring ways of working and outputs are key focus areas
  • Drive a culture of continuous top-down and bottom-up operational improvement with a view to removing duplication and support initiatives
  • Safely manage the implementation of the Simplification agenda, working closely with 2ndand 3rdline colleagues
Essential Qualifications

What will make you stand out
  • A consistent track record as a Business Analyst, with excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to make technical conversations relevant to the business and vice versa.
  • Certification, Qualification or Training in BPMN, Business Analysis (PBA, CBDA, BCS, Lean Six Sigma) Scrum, Agile or equivalent.
  • Proven experience to work dynamically at all times, focussing on continuous improvement and delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with advanced interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills, capable of building relationships at all levels
  • Strong commercial awareness with high credibility and results focused.
  • Organised, adept at managing multiple priorities for multiple partners with conflicting timeframes
  • Strong planning, decision making and execution skills.
  • Ability to challenge constructively, combined with a pragmatic, solutions focussed approach.
