We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary up to 30,000

  • Receiving calls and client emails, understanding their requests, creating orders
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Managing quotes and pricing orders
  • Providing administration and reporting requirements as requested
  • Filing and Coding of all documents in accordance with company procedures
  • Providing Support to Sales Reps
  • General Administration Duties

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Ideal candidate will be well spoken and fluent in English. Candidate must have a great phone manner.
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative
  • Ideal candidate will be experienced working with Sage. This is preferable but not essential.
  • Experienced with Word and Excel is important

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
